  • I ordered my product 3 days ago and still haven't gotten a shipping confirmation. What is the hold up?
    • Dear customer, we are a small company trying to fulfill a big demand. Please be patient with us. We will try to process your order within 1 day of receiving your order. It may take 2 to 3 weeks to fully arrive.
  • Only 1 of my products came in the mail, where is the other one?
    • Do not worry! We probably shipped your order separately to expedite the shipping process. You will be receive multiple tracking numbers after we fulfill your order. Please check the status of those.
  • My product has been "in transit" or "in customs" for over 12 days now. What should I do?
    • Your order was probably being held by your customs agent. Please contact your local post office to ask about the status of your order.
  • How do I proceed through the check out process?
    • Once you have finished adding items to your shopping cart, simply click the “Check Out” button on the shopping cart page and you will be guided through the check out process.
  • What is a fulfillment address?
    • The fulfillment address is your shipping address. This is where we will ship your items.
  • What methods of payment do you accept?
    • We accept all major Credit card brands around the world.
  • How do I apply a promotional or discount code to my order?
    • At the bottom of the home page, fill your email address in the typing box and click send. You will be able to access all the promotional and discount codes from time to time. At checkout, simply enter the promo or discount code in the filed when promoted for it. Copy and paste the code as received, to activate it. 
  • Does your site install cookies?
    • Yes, we do install small packets of information on your computer temporarily. Cookies are used by us to streamline and enhance your ordering experience. In order to use our online store, you must have cookies enabled at all times
  • Where can I find TheLitRose locally?
    • Unfortunately, we are only serving online. Our headquarters is located in Portland, OR, USA if you need us anytime.
  • How fast will I get my delivery?
    • We normally ship orders once every day during our business hours, Monday through Friday from 10AM-3PM. Our processing time will usually take from 1 day. With our exceeding orders, the shipping will normally take 2 to 3 weeks. Please wait patiently!
  • Do you guys include tracking number for my order(s)?
    • Yes we do. 
  • How can I return a product that I ordered?
    • You can return your product anytime within 30 days of your initial purchase. For more information please visit our refunds policy page.
